Melly, real name Jamell Demons, is 19 years old, and he’s charged alongside 20-year-old Cortlen Henry, also known as YNW Bortlen. Murder on My Mind is considered YNW Mellys breakout hit, and garnered even further attention after the rapper turned himself in for double murder charges on. The rapper, best known for his 2017 single “Murder On My Mind,” is accused of killing two of his close friends, hip-hop artists YNW Sakchaser and YNW Juvy, and staging the crime scene to look like a drive-by shooting.
